The 2025 NPC Utah Cup will be held on Saturday, April 5th at Olympus High School in Holladay, UT.
The morning pre-judging round begins promptly at 10am with finals beginning at 5pm.
ENTRY FEE $135
$135 CROSSOVER ENTRIES – Competitors may cross-over between Novice, Master’s and Open classes, as well between different divisions. If entering more than one class, separate entry fees apply.
LATE ENTRY FEE $210/class – In effect March 24, 2025 – NO EXCEPTIONS
No one under the age of 18 is permitted to compete
Competitors ages 18 and 19 entered in any division must show proof of age.
*Eligibility: Entrants must be registered members of the NPC. (May register at show.) Novice competitors must have never placed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in any NPC OPEN CLASS competition or 1st in a Novice Class except teen. A true novice is an athlete that has never entered an NPC event. Masters must be over the ages listed on day of show. Teen competitors must be at least 18 yrs. old on day of show; proof of age will be required.
All competitors must be current members of the NPC in good standing. Membership runs from January 1st through December 31st in each calendar year. Competitors should register with the NPC on-line at www.npcregistration.com to get their membership immediately. Copy your membership card on your phone and you can also print a copy of your membership card to bring with you to check-in.

We have made a commitment to provide you with a top notch, professional NPC event. By submitting your entry, you are committing to be part of it as well.
Please do not ask for a refund of entry fees.

Trainer Passes
$150 Backstage access for trainers/coaches. All trainers/coaches must be members in good standing with the NPC and must present a current NPC card to purchase a pass.

Hotel Etiquette
Sheets and Towels for those of you staying in any hotel.It is a good idea for you to bring your own sheets and a couple of cheap towels with you to use because if your tanning dye gets on the hotel sheets and towels you will be charged for them. The “Cocoon Cotton Travel Sheet” (you can Google it) is excellent because it’s light weight and it’s only $30.00 and it covers your whole body like a sleeping bag. We’ve been told by competitors that it is the best!
Please be cognizant of the fact that any damage done to your hotel rooms through the use of tanning products or by any other means is the responsibility of the person on the room reservation.

Music is needed for Bodybuilding, Classic Men’s Physique and Women’s Physique only. Absolutely NO PROFANITY is allowed and competitors with profanity-laced music will be subject to disqualification. Bodybuilders, Classic Men’s Physique & Women’s Physique have a maximum time limit of 60 seconds. Fitness competitors have a maximum time limit of 2 minutes.
Figure, Bikini, Wellness and Men’s Physique classes will use house music.
Absolutely no profanity is allowed and competitors with profanity-laced music will be subject to disqualification. SS Fitness Productions reserves the right to refuse music not meeting these standards.
All competitors will perform their routines regardless of placing.
Coaches/Trainers – You must have valid NPC membership to be backstage.
No Exceptions: IFBB Pros must have Valid NPC membership if backstage at NPC only shows.
Backstage passes are $150 & you must have Valid NPC membership – You will have to verify at every show.
We will be limiting Backstage passes to 25 per show & you must request a Backstage pass & verify/show proof of NPC card @ check ins in order to purchase.
Anyone caught backstage without proper passes will be expelled from the show on the spot.
Competitors: YOU are responsible for your coaches – if they do not follow proper protocol, we will escort them out of the Venue & you will be on your own. Safety is First.
NO Trainer/Coaches passes will be sold @ Pre-judging or Finals.
